All loose fixings will be checked, re-fastened or replaced. All defective steel and flashings will be repaired or replaced where required, to ensure the substrate is watertight before the application of the Rinocote Roof Armour.
Blitzit Hyper Clean will be applied to the roof surface to treat and remove moss/mold, lichen and grime.
The roof surface will be power washed to ensure its totally clean and free of contaminants before the Rinocote Roof Armour is applied.
Rust treatment will be applied to neutralise and treat any areas of red or white surface rust.
Your licensed Roof Doctor technician will then apply the Rinocote Roof Armour system to the roof surface at the specified thickness.
Once the Rinocote application is complete, your site will be left clean and tidy followed by the removal of all site safety equipment.
